Teleclasses - Frequently Asked Questions

How Do I Connect With My Class?

When you register for a teleclass, the instructor will provide you with the telephone number for the class. At the appropriate date and time, you simply dial the number, and and you will be connected to your class including the instructor and other participating students. It's that easy, and it works well. Once the instructor has welcomed you and the other students on the call, the teleclass begins, usually at 3 minutes after the hour. The teleclasses are 55 minutes in length, so you'll end about 5 minutes before the hour.

What Are the Costs to Participate in a Teleclass?

In addition to tuition, students incur a standard long-distance charge (from their telephone company) to dial into the teleclasses. Using a major long-distance carrier at 5-7cents per minute, this runs $2.75-$3.85 for the class. Remember, there's no cost associated with driving, parking, etc. There are no added teleconferencing charges of any kind--just the long distance charge to reach our 305 area code conferencing system.

Do I Need to be on the Internet to Participate in these Teleclasses?

You do not need Internet access to participate in the teleclasses, but you will not be able to benefit from some of our other programs (forums, chats, and buddy programs) unless you are online.

"The beauty of a woman is not in the clothes she wears,
the figure that she carries, or the way she combs her hair.
The beauty of a woman must be seen from in her eyes,
because that is the doorway to her heart, the place where love resides."
- Audrey Hepburn
